逐瘀通脉胶囊联合替米沙坦对糖尿病肾病尿蛋白和D-二聚体的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察逐瘀通脉胶囊联合替米沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法:选择2型DN患者46例。均给予糖尿病饮食、运动及胰岛素治疗。随机分为A组和B组,A组口服替米沙坦,B组口服替米沙坦联合逐瘀通脉胶囊。2个月后检测尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)和血浆D-二聚体(D-D),进行对比。结果:2组治疗后UAER较治疗前均有下降(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗后B组和A组UAER、D-D比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:逐瘀通脉胶囊联合替米沙坦能有效治疗DN。
