摘要
随着电伴热产品及技术的完善,电伴热系统与蒸汽伴热系统相比,在石化装置的应用中呈现了诸多方面的优势。结合对某大型环氧丙烷/苯乙烯(PO/SM)装置采用仪表电伴热系统的工程设计、方案优化、安装调试及维护、优点及缺陷的分析,阐述与总结了仪表电伴热技术的应用前景及设计、实施要点。
With the improvement of electric tracing products and technologies,electric tracing system is superior to steam tracing system in many aspects when they are applied in petrochemical units.This article analyzes the engineering design,scheme optimization,installation,commissioning and maintenance,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of an instrument electric tracing system applied in a large-scale PO/SM unit,and introduces and summarizes the application prospect of the instrument electric tracing technology and the essentials of design and implementation.
