Issue Analysis of Teacher Ennui Attitude Occupied in New Established Vocational Colleges

新立高职院校从原来的中专中职学校升格后，在发展中出现诸多问题，其中，教师的职业倦怠现象尤为突出，已经对教师自身的身心健康、生活和学生带来较大的不良影响，也直接影响到学校的教学质量和人才培养。其形成原因在于发展中存在的诸多矛盾长期无法解决，而采取有效的调适策略将有助于缓解新立高职院校教师的职业倦怠。

During the consistently developing period, the new established vocational colleges are found out several issues after promoting from vocational school, particularly for the teacher ennui attitude, which badly affects teachers＇ body-and-mind health, their daily lives and students, meanwhile influences the whole college concerning educational quality and personnel training. And it reasons in chronically inextricable contradictions existing in the college development, only if the effective methods could be carried out, the teacher ennui attitude should be eased off.
