图书馆的以人为本包含两方面内容：一是作为服务主体的图书馆员，二是作为服务客体的读者。确立以人为本的管理理念和服务观念，营造平等和谐的人文环境，创建和谐的图书馆，是构建和谐社会的需要。
The building of a harmonious human-oriented library involves two things： one is the service-oriented librarians; the other is the serviced readers. Establishing human-oriented management philosophy and service concept, creating an equal and harmonious human environment and building harmonious library are the need to build a harmonious society.
