摘要
目的:测定肺癌患者血过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及其同工酶活性和脂质过氧化物(LPO)的水平。方法:采用生物化学方法测定肺癌患者(n=29)、肺良性疾病患者(n=30)和健康人(n=32)血CAT、GSH-Px、SOD及其同工酶铜、锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)、锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活性及LPO水平。结果:3组间GSH-Px、SOD、CuZn-SOD活性、LPO含量及LPO/GSH-Px、LPO/SOD比值比较,差异均有统计学意义(F分别为11.61、3.90、6.30、61.26、151.40、17.74,P<0.05或0.01),CAT、Mn-SOD活性比较,差异无统计学意义(F分别为0.61、0.96,P均>0.05)。结论:肺癌的发病可能与GSH-Px、SOD、CuZn-SOD活性下降及LPO水平升高有关。
Aim: To detect the levels of catalase (CAT) , glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) , superoxide dismutase (SOD), and lipid peroxide (LPO) in patients of lung carcinoma. Methods :The levels of CAT activity, GSH-Px activity, SOD, CuZn-SOD, and Mn-SOD activity in blood as well as LPO level in the patients with lung carcinoma( n = 29) ,patients with benign lung diseases( n = 30) , and the health control( n= 32) were detected by using biochemical analysis method. Results :There were significant differences among three groups on GSH-Px, SOD, CuZn-SOD activities, LPO level, LPO/ GSH-Px, and LPO/SOD ( F = 11.61,3.90,6.30,61.26,151.40,17.74, P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ). There were no significant differences among three groups on CAT and Mn-SOD activities( F = 0.61,0.96 ,P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : The lung carcinoma may be associated with decrease of GSH-Px,SOD, and CuZn-SOD activities and increase of LPO level.
