基于CBE理论构建高职商务英语专业实践教学体系

On the Construction of Practical Teaching System for HVE Business English Based on CBE Theory

由于高职院校商务英语专业实践教学存在的诸多问题,致使毕业生遭遇实践能力差、岗位适应性弱等困境。基于CBE理论构建商务英语实践教学体系能有效地提高学生的职业技能。通过构建课堂单项能力训练、校内综合能力实训、校外顶岗实习"三元合一"的实践教学体系,能很好地实现人才培养与就业岗位的无缝衔接。

Since there are many disadvantages existing in the practical teaching of Business English in vocational colleges, the graduates are now facing such predicaments as low ability to practice and low adaptivity to position. The construction of practical teaching system based on CBE theory will effectively improve the students＇ professional skills. By constructing a practical teaching system composed of such three elements as training of certain single ability, training of comprehensive ability in school and working as an intern in enterprise, we can perfectly associate the talent cultivation with the real employment.
