摘要
赏识教育是教育者通过欣赏和赞扬受教育者的优点,调动受教育者的非智力因素及情感、动机、兴趣、意志和性格,积极投入学习的一种教育方式。赏识教育可以帮助学生克服自卑心理和激发学生的创新能力,运用赏识教育应遵循客观性、适度性、差异性等原则。
Appreciation education is an educational approach that the educators mobilize non - intellectual factors of the educated emotion, motivation, interests, will and character and make him actively involved in learning, which can be done through appreciating and praising the merits of the educated. This article exposits the function of appreciation education from t wo aspects: overcoming students' inferiority complex, stimulating students' innovation ability. It also introduces the principle and application of appreciation education.
