随着全球经济一体化的逐步推进和我国高职教育的快速发展,加强师资队伍建设成为新时期高职教育的关键。实施"帮教工程",加强产学研合作,做到培训与引进相结合,加强职业教师培训基地的建设和建立激励机制,有利于高职"双师型"教师队伍建设。

With the gradual advance of economic globalization and the rapid development of higher vocational e- ducation, enhancing the construction of teaching staff becomes the key of higher vocational education. Carrying out ＂helping and educating project＂, strengthening the combination of study, work and research and combination of training and introducing, training building bases of professional teachers and establishing reward mechanism can ben efit the training of double- role teachers.
