Taking construction of ditch of a high residence building as example,and combining with geological situation,the paper makes specific sustaining scheme and water-sealing,precipitation scheme of ditch of a high residence building,it also proposes relative constructional measures for north and south on both sides of the retaining structure of cement horizontal displacement problem,so as to control the deformation of ditch effectively.
