针对经济欠发达地区经济发展中存在的资本短缺问题和基础设施建设特点,结合BT投资的定义及宿迁市运用BT方式进行城市建设的经验,阐述了如何有效利用BT模式进行基础设施项目建设,以期更好地发挥其综合效益和积极作用。

Against to the cost shortage problems existing in economic undeveloped region development and foundation facilities construction characteristics,combined with BT investment definition and the experience of Suqian using BT method in city construction,how to utilize BT model to infrastructure project construction effectively was illustrated so as to display comprehensive effect and active effect.
