摘要
阐述了在两级监理管理制度下投资控制的目标、原则、方法、程序以及采用eFIDIC网络化工程管理系统进行投资控制的方法,以加强工程施工监理,提高工程的投资效益。
Target,principle,method and program of investment control under two-level supervision and management system are briefly elaborated as well as the method utilizing eFIDIC network engineering management system for investment control,in order to strengthen construction supervision and increase the investment benefits.
