Compensating control of road project construction

针对工程各参与方对索赔的认识误区和工程实践中关于索赔的不良现象,阐述了索赔的实质、目的以及分类,结合FIDIC条款,探讨了公路建设中关于索赔控制的具体措施和做法,以期提高工程索赔管理水平,处理和控制好索赔问题。

Aiming at the wrong realization of different part of construction to the compensating,as well as some bad phenomenon in project construction, the paper states the essence,aim and calssification of the compensating,combining with FIDIC item,the paper discusses about specific measures and actions of compensating control in road construction,so as to improve the management level of compensating,handling and controlling well about the compensating problem.
