针对03版《工程量清单计价规范》中的不足之处,介绍了08版《清单规范》中新条文对"项目特征"的规定,结合"项目特征"的含义和"项目特征"描述应遵循的原则,阐述了"项目特征"描述的技巧,并以实例说明其应用,以期促进对"项目特征"的理解和掌握。
Against to the drawbacks of Engineering Bill Pricing Codes of 2003 edition,the Specification of Bill Pricing Codes of 2008 edition on project characteristics was introduced.Combined with project characteristics meaning and the principle that project characteristics description followed,the project characteristics description skill was illustrated and illustrated with practical example,so as to promote understanding and mastering of project characteristics.
