摘要
结合施工企业建立企业定额的目标,介绍了企业定额的内容及建立方式,并从成本管理体制、经济意识、质量成本管理、成本管理方法、合同文本五方面阐述了如何加强和完善成本管理,以期探索出一条科学先进的投标报价方法和策略。
Combined with construction enterprise building enterprise quotas goal,the content and building method of enterprise quota were introduced.How to strengthen and complete cost management was illustrated from cost management system,economical consciousness,quality cost management,cost management method and contract text,so as to explore a scientific and advanced quoting methods and strategies in bidding.
