高校民族传统体育项目的开展应强化特色,传承特色,改良特色,并不断提高其科学性,挖掘其娱乐性、休闲性、趣味性与竞技性,并进行文化理论创新与价值重构,使之更加科学化和规范化,能在保持民族传统体育特色的基础上顺应社会市场经济发展的需要和世界体育文化发展趋势而持续创新发展。
