现代住宅户型的设计要与社会经济的发展同步,从而不断满足人们对住宅的使用功能、舒适度以及环境质量的需求。本文分析了现代住宅户型的发展趋势,并论述了如何在设计中适应现代住宅户型的发展趋势。
The design of modem house layout must suit to the development so as to meet the needs of constant demand of residential function, comfort and environment quality. This article states how to adapt the trend of development of modern house layout in design.
