师德建设研究的现状、问题与展望

Status quo and prospects of teacher moral construction

师德建设研究的30年文献回顾,表明师德建设经历了由边缘走向热点的变化。师德建设研究的内容集中在四个方面,即师德失范现象与原因的研究、师德建设的主体性研究、师德建设的对策性研究和师德建设的反思研究。师德建设研究中存在着概念混乱、内容偏颇、方法单一和理论深度不够等问题,未来师德建设研究应加强基础理论研究、由教化本位向内生本位转化和研究方法由单一走向多元。

Researches over the past 30 years of teacher moral have turned to be the focus of education reforms. The construction of teacher moral consists of four aspects： causes to the moral loss, subjective studies, countermeasures, and revelations.
