如何使农业院校应用化学专业人才培养,既能充分利用和发挥农业院校办学资源和学科优势,体现农业院校办学特色,又能适应和满足社会实际需求,是建立、改进和完善应用化学专业人才培养模式的核心问题。本文从立足社会实际需求、明确专业人才培养目标入手,全面系统介绍青岛农业大学近年来建立、改进和完善应用化学专业人才培养模式的思路和做法。

It is the central topic of construction,improvement and amendment of personnel cultivation mode for applied chemistry specialty in order to not only make fully use of the school resources and discipline advantages, reflect the school-running characteristics but adapt to and satisfy the practical needs of society. Based on the considera- tion of practical needs of society and the definition of professinal personnel cultivation goal, this paper comprehensively and systematically described the thoughts and practices for construction, improvement and amendment of personnel cultivation mode for applied chemistry specialty in recent years in our school.
