摘要
依据实践教学与理论教学的性质不同,提出了把实践教学质量评价体系从一般教师教学质量的评价体系中分离出来的设想,通过调查,分析研究,设计出独立的比较适合于实践教学的教学质量评价体系,能更准确地反映实验教师的教学质量,有效地促进实践教学质量的提高。
Based on the different characteristics between practice teaching and the unexperimental ones, this paper proposed that the teaching quality appraisal system for experimental teachers should be separated from that for the other teachers, and it designed tentatively an independent appraisal system through investigation, analysis and stud. It can reflect more directly the teaching quality of the experimental teachers, thus pressing ahead with further advancement of practice teaching.
