On Promoting the Harmonious and Favorable Interaction between Police and Civilians on the Basis of Coidentity in Interests

构建"警民利益共同体"是新时期加强和谐警民关系建设的有机组成部分和不可或缺的重要内容,也是做好公安工作的重要前提。深刻认识和把握新时期警民关系的新内涵、新要求,着力建设警民和谐相处、携手共创平安的利益共同体,对构建社会主义和谐社会,推进和谐警民关系建设、促进警民良性互动,不断提高治安管理社会化程度,提高公安工作效能,具有强大的推动作用。

Promoting the process of ＂Police- Civilian Coidentity in Interests＂ is an orgamc part ana an indispensable issue during the construction of harmonious police-civilian relationship, and also an important prerequisite for accomplishing public security work. The author contends that we should have a penetrating understanding and a good command of the new implications, demands of police- civilian relationship at the new stage and put forth efforts to drive the process of ＂Police- Civilian Coidentity in Interests＂. It will have positive influence on building a harmonious society, improving police-civilian relationship, promoting the favorable interaction and the socialized level of public order administration and finally raising the working efficiency of public security organs.
