胃肠道肿瘤患者两种PICC置管点的比较

Comparison of Two Catheterization Locations of Peritherally Inserted Centoal Catheter in Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumors

目的观察肘关节上段及下段静脉两个不同部位PICC置管点对胃肠道肿瘤患者化疗时影响。方法50例胃肠道肿瘤住院患者按照住院号单双号随机分为两组,每组25例,分别在肘关节上段贵要静脉及肘关节下段前臂正中静脉穿刺行PICC置管术,观察两组患者在行FOLFOX4方案化疗的完成时间、舒适度的差异及是否存在导管断裂。结果两组不同PICC置管点在按时完成化疗方案的时间及舒适度上有统计学差异。结论PICC置管于肘关节上段比下段能更好地完成化疗方案且不受日常生活影响。

Objective To observe the influence of the two catheterization locations of peritherally inserted certral catheter（PICC） in the veins of the upper elbow and lower elbow on the chemotherapeutic effects in the patients with gastrointestinal tumors. Methods Fifty in-patients with gastrointestinal tumors were randomized into two groups with 25 patients each according to odd/even number of hospitalization sequences. Patients in the two groups undergone catheter PICC in venae basilica of the upper elbow and forearm vein of the lower elbow separately. An observation on the completion time of chemotherapy,different comfort levels and whether catheter fracture exists in the two groups were observed among patients with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy. Results There were significant differences in the completion time of chemotherapy and comfort levels of the two different PICC catheterization location. Conclusion PICC catheter on the upper elbow is of better therapeutic effect than that on the lower elbow for the completion of chemotherapy and is free from the affection of the daily life.
