女大学生月经情况及其相关因素的调查

Survey and Relevant Factors Analysis of Female University Students' Menstruation

目的了解女大学生的月经状况并分析其影响因素,为月经期健康教育提供基础性资料。方法对温州医学院250名大二女生进行问卷调查,了解其月经情况,并对月经影响因素进行分析。结果被调查者中,月经失调发生率为38.0%,其发生与经期性生活(P<0.01)、未注意保暖(P<0.05)及未每天清洗外阴有关(P<0.05);痛经发生率为38.0%,经前紧张综合征发生率为44.8%,两者均与经期未注意保暖有关(P<0.05)。结论应对女大学生进行月经健康教育,令其建立健康的经期行为。

Objective To investigate the menstruation of female university students and analyse the influencing factors, then to provide evidence for further work. Methods Two hundred and fifty female students of grade 2 from Wenzhou Medical College were surveyed with a questionnaire for the situation of their menstruation and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The rate of abnormal menstruation （38%） was significantly associated with sexual activity （P〈0.01）,neglect to cold resistance （P〈0.05）,and absence of vulva washing during menstrual period （P〈 0.05）. The rate of dysmenorrheal（38.0%） and the rate of premenstrual syndrome（44.8%） were both significantly associated with neglect to cold resistance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Menstruation education should be provided for the female university students to establish a healthy behavior during menstrual period.
