摘要
对凹面板漏盘镦粗圆柱体的力学模型进行了进一步分析。应用有限元软件DEFORM,在多组几何和工艺参数条件下,对凹面板漏盘镦粗工序进行了数值模拟。数值模拟结果与力学模型的分析相吻合。数值模拟得到了凹面板和凹面漏盘间镦粗工序的具体参数范围,为生产提供了参考依据。
Further analysis is made for the mechanical model of upsetting between concave platen and supporting ring. The FEM software DEFORM is adopted to conduct the numerical simulation under different geometrical and processing parameters. The numerical simulation and the mechanical model agree with each other. The concrete parameters range is obtained for the upsetting, giving the guidance for the production practice.
