摘要
直流电机的背包冷却电机一般均采用接触器控制、电机正常情况下一直处于工频运行。通过技术改造及创新,在保证直流电机设备安全可靠运行的前提下,采用变频调速的原理降低电机转速的同时降低有功功率,达到节能降耗的目的。
"Knapsack" cooling motor of DC motor was generally controlled by a contactor and the motor was in a power frequency operation state in normal circumstances. Through technical reconstruction and innovation, it could reach the purpose of energy saving and consumption reducing on the premise that DC motor ran in a safe and reliable state, the frequency control principle was used to reduce motor speed and at the same time active power was decreased.
