摘要
通过分析连接点发热的原因,总结了连接点故障的诊断方法。并通过介绍RAYNGER3i型红外非接触测温仪和ThermaCAM E65型红外热成像仪的各自优缺点,提出了在实际工作中综合测量连接点发热的方法,分析了采用此方法在实际工作中运用的具体实例,并就更好地开展红外测温工作提出了几点建议。
Through analysis of heating causes of wiring points, failure diagnostic methods of the wiring points were summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of RAYNGER 3i infrared noncontact temperature measurer and ThermaCAM E65 infrared thermal imaging instrument were introduced. The method to integrally measure heating of the wiring points in actual work was advanced. The practice of using this method was analyzed, and several suggestions were offered on development of infrared temperature measurement work.
