摘要 以2500m3高炉为例,通过对不同循环水冷却工艺流程、特点及其经济效益进行比较,建议采用高炉各部分软水密闭循环冷却工艺和蒸发式空冷器换热设备,以利于钢铁厂节水节电,降低运行费用,提高经济效益和节约成本。 Taking a 2500m3 blast furnace for example, the technological processes of different circulation cooling water, characteristics and economic benefits were compared. It was suggested that the soft water closed circulation cooling water process and heat exchange equipment of evaporative air cooler in various parts of blast furnace should be used, so as to save water and power, reduce running cost, increase economic benefits and save cost for iron and steel plants.
