微波循环热解对污泥固态产物特性的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章以微波热解污泥固态产物为研究对象,考察6次循环热解对固态产物吸收微波能特性及吸附特性的影响,结果表明:微波热解污泥固态产物在6次循环热解过程中均可6分钟快速升温至750℃,具有较好的吸波特性;其吸附特性随循环热解次数的增加呈明显下降趋势。分析认为:粉末化、烧结熔融是破坏其孔径结构的重要因素,减少固态产物循环用作微波能吸收物质次数是保证其吸附特性的重要基础。 The influence of six times recycling microwave pyrolysis on microwave energy- absorption capacity and adsorbing ability of solid production from pyrolytic sewage sludge was studied in this paper. The result indicated that the solid production can achieve 750℃ within 6 rain in six times recycling microwave pyrolysis, and can be used as microwave absorbers in the microwave pyrolysis of sewage sludge. The adsorbing ability of solid production decreases with the increase of recycling times of microwave pyrolysis. The solid production can be melted and broken into small fragments or reduced to powder by recycling microwave pyrolysis, which is the important reason that destroy the aperture structure and adsorbing ability of solid production. The reduction of recycling times is the foundation of solid production used as adsorbent.
