摘要
文章在概要阐述中俄联合监测实验内容与经过之后,提出了下一步中俄联合监测在双方统一评价标准、监测分析方法的设想。同时提出今后扩大中俄双方联合监测方面的技术交流和新的合作方式的构想。
A general illustration of the contents of the Sino - Russian joint monitoring was stated, then tentative plan of a uni- fied evaluation criteria, monitoring and analysis methods was put forward in both sides. At the same time, China and Russia in the future expansion of the joint monitoring of technical exchanges and the new concept of cooperation was bring forward.
