摘要
通过测试胶凝材料水化热、混凝土的坍落度和氯离子扩散系数、抗裂等级等性能,对C40海工混凝土的配合比进行了优化设计。研究表明:加入合适的矿物掺合料,不仅能够改善混凝土的工作性能,降低水泥的水化热,并且提高了混凝土的抗氯离子扩散性能。掺入适量粉煤灰、硅灰和矿粉,可以配制出抗裂性能好、90天氯离子扩散系数小于2.0×10-12m2/s的C40海工高性能混凝土。
The mixture ratio of C40 marine high performance concrete is optimized through test of the hydration heat of binding material, slump, chloride ion diffusion coefficient, anti -crack rand of concrete. The results show that, the concrete workability can be improved, the hydration heat of cement can be reduced and the anti -chloride ion diffusion performance can be improved by adding the appropriate mineral admixture. The C40 marine high performance concrete , with good cracking resistance and the 90th day chloride ion diffusion coefficient lower than 2.0×10^-12m^2/s, can be confected by adding appropriate fly ash, silica fume or slag.
