摘要
文章采用有限元程序对烟气湿法脱硫塔薄壳结构的动力特性进行研究,分析了结构关键部位(喷淋管和浆液)在程序中的不同处理方式对结构动力特性的影响程度,并对弹性时程计算进行比较分析。结果表明,喷淋管对结构的约束刚度的大小及浆液对结构动力特性和时程反应的影响都很大。在对此类特种薄壳结构进行结构动力设计和抗震分析时,应当合理考虑这些部位对结构的影响。
The paper studies the structural dynamic properties of the smoking desulfuration tower by utilizing the FEA pragram. The influence of different treatment of key components including the spraying pipe and the desulfuration liquid on the structural dynamic properties is analyzed. The elastic time history analyses are carried out. The research indicates that the spraying pipes produce marked effect on the confinement stiffness of the structure and the desulfuration liquid's coupling effect influence the structural dynamic properties significantly. These influences should be rationally considered when dynamic design and seismic analysis of this kind of special shell structures are made.
