前列地尔和还原型谷胱甘肽对肝硬化患者肝功能变化的影响

EFFECT OF ALPROSTADIL E_1 COMBINED GLUTATHIONE ON LIVER FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH LIVER CIRRHOSIS

摘要 目的通过前列地尔和还原型谷胱甘肽对肝硬化患者肝功能变化的观察,评价二药对肝硬化患者的疗效。方法选择肝硬化失代偿期的患者78例,根据Child-Pugh肝功能评分标准,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予前列地尔和还原型谷胱甘肽,对照组给予支链氨基酸和麦门冬酸钾镁。治疗15d后,再用Child-Pugh肝功能评分标准评判所有患者,观察肝功能变化情况。结果①治疗组患者的肝功能分级治疗后A级明显增多,B级明显减少,与治疗前和对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②在治疗组中,治疗后无腹腔积液患者明显大于对照组和冶疗前(P<0.05)。③对降低患者胆红素,治疗组亦明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。④对于肝性脑病和白蛋白的改善二组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔和还原型谷胱甘肽对肝硬化患者肝功能的改善有明显作用,可以作为肝硬化失代偿期的主要治疗手段。 Objective To evaluate the effect of alprostadil E1(PGE1)combined glutathione(GSH)on liver function in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 78 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis,according to child-pugh score standard of liver function,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received PGE1 and GSH injection and the control group received the treatment of branched chain amino acid and potassium magnesium aspartate.Liver function was evaluated in all patients using child - pugh score standard in 15 days of treatment. Results ①Percentage of patients with liver function of child B upgrade to child A in treatment group was higher-than that in the control group(P〈0.05).②In the treatment group, the number of patients with difficult dissipated ascites transforming into easily dissipated ascites was higher than that in the control group(P〈0. 05).③Effect of reducing bilirubin in the treatment group was significantly different than that in the control group (P〈0.01). ④Improvement of hepatic encephalopathy between the two groups was not significantly different(P〉0.05). Conclusion PGE1 combined GSH can improve liver function of patients with liver cirrhosis and can be used as the main treatment for decompensated cirrhosis.
