摘要
改造老式3MZK-203A自动轴承内圆磨床控制系统,用LG系列PLC代替原F1-60MR PLC作为控制主机,分析了其工作流程及编程特点。改造后机床的操作方式、控制方式和功能要求与原设备相同,且运行稳定可靠。
The 3MZK -203A bearing grinder is reformed by replacing F1 -60MR PLC with LG - PLC as main controler, and the workflow and characteristics of program is analyzed. After the reformation, operation, control mode and performance requirements are same as the original equipment. The system is stable and reliable operation.
