利用SSR标记检测玉米杂交种丹玉39及其亲本的遗传变异

摘要 玉米杂交种丹玉39是当前辽宁玉米生产的主栽品种和区试对照种,为评估其在不同地区的遗传变异度,本试验收集了辽宁主产地丹玉39及其亲本共45份材料,利用SSR标记对其进行检测。结果表明:母本C8605-2遗传一致性较高,而父本丹598和杂交种存在一定程度的变异现象,自然变异、天然异交和人为改良可能是导致丹玉39及其亲本遗传变异的主要原因。 Danyu 39 was the major and check maize variety in Liaoning province. In order to evaluate the genetic variation of the variety from different regions, total 45 accessions including Danyu 39 and its parents came from several major maize production regions in Liaoning were identified by SSR markers. The results showed that higher uniformity was expressed in most C8605-2 accessions respectively, but variance in some loci were detected in part Dan598 and Danyu39 accessions. Interbreeding, natural accumulation and artificial improvement may be major factors in genetic variation among the hybrid and its parents.
