摘要
目的:了解某技术学院学生的营养知识、态度及饮食行为,为进行有效营养健康教育和膳食指导提供依据。方法:采用(knowledge-attitude-behavior,K-A-B)问卷调查方法,对随机抽取的625名学生进行问卷调查。结果:学生营养知识得分为52.6±13.5,及格率为32.5%。学生对不同营养知识的知晓率不同,性别间存在一定差异;学生整体营养态度较好,女生营养态度正确率明显要高于男生,但饮食行为存在着明显问题。结论:学生对营养知识缺乏全面深入的了解,饮食行为不合理,但有较好的健康饮食意识,应加强对学生营养知识方面的宣传教育,纠正不良饮食行为。
Objective：To survey the knowledge,attitude and behavior towards nutrition （K-A-B）in students of a technical college,and provide reference for future nutrition education and diet instruction.Methods： With a self-designed questionnaire about K-A-B,a total of 625 students were selected randomly to survey. Results： The average score of nutrition knowledge of the students was 52.6±13.5,and the passing rate was 32.5%. The correctness rates of different nutrition knowledge were different. Compared with male students,the correctness rates of female students was higher on some nutrition knowledge. Both female and male students＇ attitudes towards nutrition were active. The correctness rates of the female were better than that of the male at nutritional attitude. There existed some problems in their dietary behavior. Conclusion： Students lacked a better understanding of nutrition knowledge and had some unhealthy dietary behaviors.But they held a positive attitude towards nutrition; nutrition education should be implemented to correct their unhealthy dietarv habit.
