经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年7月至2008年10月骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者53例,108个椎体。其中1个节段17例,2个节段14例,3个和3个节段以上共22例。结果:每个椎体术中注入骨水泥2.6~3.0ml,平均2.8l±0.6ml,出血约10~20ml,平均10l±3ml,手术用时30~50min,平均40±6min。术后随访2月~2年,平均16个月。术后疼痛完全消失45例,疼痛部分消失7例,无效1例。单节段术后1~2天支具保护下可下地行走,多节段术后7天支具保护下可下地行走。53例患者中并发骨水泥漏8例,其中骨水泥漏压迫神经根需作椎板减压1例,无症状性肺栓塞4例,术后相邻椎体新发骨折2例。结论:经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折具有创伤小、手术时间短、缓解疼痛迅速、操作简单、并发症少等优点。
