摘要
目的:了解某校医学生早餐就餐情况及质量,为开展大学生营养健康教育提供研究资料。方法:采用分层随机系统抽样的方法从不同年级抽取共360人,用问卷调查法收集其早餐情况。结果:每周至少2天不吃早餐者占39.4%,其中男生就餐率低于女生。32.2%的学生早餐中包括谷类、肉类、蛋奶(豆)类、蔬菜(水果)4大类食物。结论:该校医学生早餐就餐率较低,就餐质量较差。
Objective: To investigate the breakfast consumption and quality in medical students, to provide information for nutritional education of student. Methods: Breakfast consumption conditions were collected from a random sample of 360 medical students from different grades via questionnaire survey. Results:39.4% students didn't have breakfast at least two days per week, and the ratio was higher in boys than in girls. 32.2% students' breakfast included cereals, meat, milk(beans),vegetables(fruit). Conclusion:The ratio of eating breakfast students is comparatively few,and the quality is poor.
