摘要
按照“首都经济”新概念特定的内涵和要求，结合北京地质矿产资源开发利用的现状，文章就资源开发利用与地区经济可持续发展以及合理、有效地开发。
Abstract According to the intension and demand of 'capital economics' the new concept ,combining with the present situation of expliotation and utilization of geological mineral resources in Beijing, the paper approaches the problems concerning resources expliotation and utilization and regional economic sustained development and servicing for capital economic development by effective expliotation and utilization of geological mineral resources.
