摘要
文章对探矿权、采矿权转让价格的法律和经济涵义进行了分析，对其评估方法和某些参数进行了讨论。
Abstract This paper gives some discusstion on legal and economic meanings of transfering price of prospecting right and mining right and then gives some discussion on methods and indexes for evaluation. In addtion, the measures to improve the present situation are also given in this paper.
