摘要
阐述了村民自治的内涵,分析了我国村民自治实践中存在的乡政府与村委会、党组织与村委会之间的矛盾冲突,并提出了一些切实可行的解决途径。
The connotation of village autonomy is introduced. The contradictions and conflicts between township government and village committees, between Party organizations and village committees existed in the practice of village autonomy are analyzed, and the feasible solutions are put forward.
