摘要
本文围绕企业实施再就业工程中，职工下岗－待岗－再上岗这三个基本环节，提出了“下”要讲清道理，做到下而无怨；“待”要积极有为，做到待而不闲；“上”要广开门路，做到上而乐干这样三条对策。
Abstract Around three basic link including laid-off, job-waiting and starting work again in implementing the project on getting a job again,the article puts forward three countmeasures to reason with laid-off staff and workers and make them uncomplaint,to make job-waiting staff and workers promising and unidle,to make the staff and workers who starte work again open all avenues and be willing to do their work.The suggestions have great significance in geological prospecting units moving towards enterprise.
