摘要
本文就地勘单位的现状，存在的问题，结合广西地勘局桂林金刚石工业公司改组为股份合作制企业的试点工作提出地勘单位企业改革的主要形式是实现股份合作制。
Abstract According to present conditions, problems of stock system in Gui Lin diamond industrial company under Guang Xi provincial bureau of geology and mineral resources, the article puts forward joint stock system is main of reforming geological prospecting units and points out some views on how to reorganize geological prospecting units into stock system enterprises.
