湿式过氧化物氧化法处理苯酚丙酮废水研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用湿式过氧化物氧化法(WPO)处理苯酚丙酮生产装置排放的高浓度有机废水,并在WPO的基础上投加活性炭加强催化效果.研究发现反应温度160℃,投加与废水COD相当量的H2O2,COD去除率可以达到80%.投加一定量活性炭后,COD去除率可以提高至95%左右,活性炭连续使用后,COD去除率也能够稳定在85%以上,并且活性炭再生效果比较明显. Wet peroxide oxidation (WPO) was applied to treat high concentration organic wastewater discharged by phenolacetone unit. On the basis of WPO, activated carbon was added to enhance the catalytic effect. Experimental results show that the removal of COD can reach about 95 %. As the conditions .of reaction temperature reach 160℃, the feed of H2 O2 was equivalent to COD. With a certain amount activated carbon, the removal of COD can reach up to about 95%. After continuous using of activated carbon, the removal of COD still stabilize at more than 85 %, and activated carbon regeneration effect is obvious.
