我国西部农村及地震灾区基础音乐教育探究

Probing into the Elementary Music Education in the Western Rural Area and Seism-stricken Area in China

四川地震灾区处于我国西部,通过对西部农村与地震灾区基础音乐教育情况的研究,发现两者在思想意识、师资配备、教学设备、教学环境等方面具有相似性。通过对西部农村与震后灾区基础音乐教育现状的展示、分析,提出西部农村基础音乐教育存在的问题,借鉴震后国家和地方政府采取的具体拯救措施,总结出西部农村基础音乐教育的整改方案。既要重视灾区,更要解决西部农村长期存在的问题,用抗震救灾的精神搞好西部农村的音乐教育,促进西部教育的全面科学发展。

Making a research on the condition of elementary music education in western rural area and the seism-stricken area in China, it＇ s found that there are several similarities, such as, ideology, teachers, teaching facilities and teaching environment between them. After making an analysis on the current situation of rural area and seism- stricken area in China, the author puts forward some issues of the elementary music education and uses the saving measures which were taken by our country and for reference, at last, gets the rectification programs of elementary music education.
