摘要
对大唐桂冠合山发电有限公司脱硫系统烟气换热器(GGH)运行中出现的动静部分卡涩、烟气含尘过高、波型换热元件阻塞、除雾器结构不当引起的堵灰等问题进行分析,提出了相应的解决办法和防范措施。同时,就已投运的GGH能否取消的问题进行了简述。
The problems occurred in operation of gas/gas heater （GGH） of desulphurization system in Datang Guiguan Heshan Power Generation Co Ltd, such as unsmooth jamming between movable and stationary parts,overhigh ash content in flue gas, and ash blockage in the wave - shaped heating ex- changing devices, and un -perfect structure of the demister etc. ,have been analysed and corresponding solving methods and preventing measures being put forward. At the same time, the problem concerning whether the GGH having already been put into service can be eliminated or not has been briefly dis- cussed.
