摘要
介绍大唐桂冠合山发电有限公司330 MW火电机组凝结水系统中凝结水泵变频改造情况,以及改造后初次投运的方案和对凝结水泵出口母管压力定值的调整。改造后运行表明,有效地降低了凝结水泵电动机噪音,减少了电动机起动时的电流冲击,且节能效果明显。
The situation of frequency- varying retrofit for electric motors of condensate pumps in the condensate system of 330MW coal - fired units in Datang Guiguan Heshan Power Generation Co Ltd, as well as the primary commissioning scheme after retrofit, and the set value adjustment of outlet man- ifold pressure from the condensate pumps have been presented. The operation after retrofit shows that the noise produced from electric motors of the condensate pumps has been effectively reduced, the im- pulse of startup current from said motors being decreased,and having remarkable energy- saving re- suit.
