基于多工况性能预测的主油泵改型及优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 为满足某电厂660 MW汽轮发电机组油系统的要求,采用加大流量设计法对其配套的主油泵流道进行改型,并利用基于多工况流场数值模拟和性能预测的方法对流道优化。该主油泵优化设计方法不仅可以有效解决设计工况的参数匹配,而且可以实现在较宽的运行工况范围内的性能协同优化和解决变工况范围内的稳定性问题。 In order to satisfy the requirements of oil supply system for the 600 MW turbo - generator set,a retrofit of the whole flow passage for main oil pump had been carried out by adopting capacity- increasing design method, and the said flow passage being optimized by using method based on flow field numerical simulation and performance prediction under multi -operating conditions. The proposed method not only can efficiently solve the matching problem of parameters under designed conditions, but also can realize performance coordinating optimization in wider operation condition, and solve the problem of stability in varying operating conditions.
