摘要
铁路综合视频监控系统的建设需要通过合理、统一的规划来保障健康、有序的发展。作者从业务实施策略、分步实施步骤两个方面对系统建设提出了规划建议,并通过系统技术方案的研究,从业务节点、图像处理、视频网络、系统联动及互联等技术环节对建设方案提出技术建议。
A reasonable and unified systematic planning is indispensable for the railway integrated video monitoring system to ensure the healthy and orderly development. In this paper, the author firstly proposes the suggestions for the system implementation from the service deployment strategy and step-by-step strategy, and then makes research on the system technical solutions, providing the technical proposals in the field of system service node, image processing, video transmission network, system linkage and interconnection.
