摘要
目前大学生群体的心理状况存在问题,可分为三个层次:心理缺陷、心理不健康、心理障碍。无论是心理问题较轻的心理缺陷,还是心理问题较重的心理不健康和心理障碍,都是可以预防和治疗的。应当引导学生加强自我保健,采取必要措施确保大学生走向心理康宁。
According to WHO, a person' s health is composed of physical health, psychological health, proper social adaptation and moral health. College students psychology nowadays is not satisfying in general and their psychological problems, by their degree, can be ranged into three varieties: psychological deficiency, psychological unhealthiness and psychological disorder. These problems can't be ignored and shoul be avoided and treated properly. Actions must be taken to ensure students a healthy psychology, for example, channel them to a better self - care and make them be psychologists for themselves.
