金融危机背景下我国高职教育的内涵发展探析

Research on Connotation Development of China Higher Vocational Education under the Financial Crisis

亚洲金融危机给高职院校带来了高速发展的扩张期,而面对此次全球金融危机高职院校采取怎样的应对措施成为教育关注的重点。高职教育应从加强内涵建设、服务于产业结构调整升级、培养适应性人才等方向入手,创新高职教育形式,进行"工作过程导向"的教学改革,培养学生富有竞争力的核心能力,以应对金融危机带给高职教育的挑战。

Asian Financial Crisis has brought the higher vocational colleges in China into a high-speed developing expansion period. What corresponding measures should be adopted in face of this international financial crisis has become the hot spot of educational research. In view of this, the paper proposes that higher vocational education should focus on strengthening the connotation development, serving for the adjustment of traditional industrial structure, and cultivating talent of adaptability. With these measures, we can gradually realize the innovation of the mode of higher voactional education, carry out the teaching reform of working process- orientation, cultivate the competitive core competence of talents to deal with the challenges brought by the international financial crisis to higher vocational education.
