摘要
The BOT financing style, sprang up in the late 1970s, has been adopted by many developing countries. However, in Chinese, the ultilizing process to this financing form advanced very slowly for many of difficulties and hinderances in practical exercises. Since the domestic investiment need still would not be satisfied, the author put forward the idea, that is nationalizing the BOT style and hoped it would provide a new thought on how to make plenty of idle capital flow into the basic facility’s construction field safely and effectively.
